REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Once cancelled, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.


2. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Content

PPV purchases are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or unlocked. However, if the content was technically unplayable — corrupted file, no audio, video that cannot load — contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate. Where a genuine technical fault is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued. Dissatisfaction with the content itself, including style, length, or creative direction, does not qualify for a refund where the content was delivered as described.


3. Digital Products (Shop)

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. If you did not receive your product within the stated delivery timeframe, contact support and we will follow up with the creator directly.


4. Content Quality

AmaFans takes content quality seriously. If you receive a video or audio file that is genuinely unwatchable due to technical issues — extreme pixelation, inaudible audio, corrupted playback — you may request a review within 48 hours of purchase. We will assess the complaint and where the fault is confirmed, issue a refund or credit. We do not issue refunds based on subjective preferences such as not liking the creator style, finding content too short, or feeling the content did not meet personal expectations beyond what was described.


5. Platform Content Standards and Expectations

AmaFans is a mainstream African creator platform. All content on the platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. No sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content is permitted on AmaFans regardless of how it is described or marketed by a creator.

Creators may use terms such as uncut, raw, uncensored, or exclusive to describe personal, candid, or behind-the-scenes content. These terms refer to the unfiltered, authentic nature of the content — they do not imply, promise, or guarantee sexually explicit or adult material. Purchasing content described in these terms does not entitle a fan to a refund on the basis that the content was not sexually explicit.

If you encounter content on AmaFans that you believe is sexually explicit or violates our content standards, please report it immediately at support@amafans.co. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.


6. Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session — full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session — non-refundable.
  • If the creator cancels or fails to show — full refund issued automatically.
  • No-shows by the fan — non-refundable.
  • For virtual sessions, if significant technical issues on the creator side prevent the session from taking place, a full refund will be issued. Minor connectivity issues that do not prevent the session from proceeding do not qualify.

7. Disputes

If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact us at support@amafans.co within 7 days of the transaction with your username, transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue. We will mediate between you and the creator and respond within 5 business days. Where a refund is warranted, AmaFans will process it and recover the amount from the creator pending balance.


8. Refund Abuse

AmaFans monitors refund and dispute activity across all accounts. Patterns of repeated refund requests, particularly where content has clearly been accessed and consumed, will be investigated. Users found to be abusing the refund process may have their refund privileges restricted or their account permanently suspended. Fraudulent chargeback requests will be disputed with your bank and may result in immediate account termination.


9. Chargebacks

AmaFans maintains full transaction records and content access logs. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed. Repeated chargeback abuse may result in account suspension and referral to our legal team.
