Creator Agreement

FAN & CREATOR CONTRACT

1. Introduction

This contract governs the relationship between AmaFans, Creators, and Fans for paid transactions on the platform.

2. Creator Obligations

• Deliver paid content, bookings, and custom requests as described and within the agreed timeframe
• Maintain accurate content tier settings (SFW/NSFW) and accurate descriptions of paid offerings
• Hold and produce consent and verification documentation for any other person appearing in their content, on request
• Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy at all times

3. Fan Obligations

• Pay for content, subscriptions, and bookings only through AmaFans' payment systems
• Do not screenshot, record, redistribute, or resell any paid content
• Treat Creators with respect; harassment or abusive conduct toward Creators will result in account action

4. Bookings & Escrow

• Payment for in-person and virtual bookings is held in escrow by AmaFans until the Fan confirms the session was delivered
• If a Creator does not deliver a booked session, the Fan's payment is refunded in accordance with our Complaints Policy
• If a Fan does not show up for a confirmed booking, the Creator retains the payment in accordance with the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking

5. Collaborations

Creators collaborating with other Creators on shared content must each independently consent in writing, and each collaborating Creator must already be verified on the platform.
