ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for what you may and may not do on AmaFans. By using AmaFans you agree to comply with this AUP at all times. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

This AUP applies to all Users — Fans, Creators, and visitors.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, post, or distribute any Content that:

Involves Minors:

  • Depicts, sexualises, or exploits anyone under 18 in any way

  • Is designed to groom, exploit, or gain inappropriate access to minors

  • Involves any person whose age cannot be verified as 18+

Is Non-Consensual:

  • Features any person who has not given explicit, informed, written consent to appear

  • Was recorded without the knowledge or consent of the person depicted

  • Constitutes revenge porn or intimate image abuse under South African law

Is Illegal Under South African Law:

  • Violates the Films and Publications Act 65 of 1996

  • Constitutes hate speech under the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act

  • Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or extremism

  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to law enforcement

  • Involves trafficking, exploitation, or coercion of any person

Infringes Third-Party Rights:

  • Violates any person's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

  • Uses another creator's content without permission

  • Impersonates another creator, public figure, or AmaFans staff

Is Harmful or Deceptive:

  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code

  • Constitutes spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes

  • Misleads fans about the nature, quality, or type of content being sold

  • Makes false claims about identity, credentials, or affiliation

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Regarding Payments:

  • Attempt to conduct transactions outside the AmaFans platform to avoid platform fees

  • Make fraudulent chargeback or refund requests

  • Use stolen payment credentials

  • Engage in money laundering or any financial crime through the platform

Regarding Accounts:

  • Create multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension

  • Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person

  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of AmaFans

Regarding Other Users:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any Creator or Fan

  • Dox any User by sharing their private personal information without consent

  • Discriminate against any User based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic under South African law

  • Manipulate or coerce Creators into producing content they are not comfortable with

Regarding Content Sharing:

  • Download, screenshot, record, or redistribute any Creator content without written permission

  • Share Creator content on any third-party platform without the Creator's explicit consent

  • Aggregate or compile Creator content for commercial purposes

4. Content Standards

All Content posted on AmaFans must:

  • Feature only individuals who are verifiably 18 years of age or older

  • Be accompanied by documented proof of age and consent for all persons appearing in explicit content

  • Be accurately described and not misrepresent what fans are paying for

  • Comply with the Films and Publications Act classification requirements

  • Not be designed to deceive, manipulate, or defraud fans

5. Age Verification

AmaFans takes age verification seriously. We comply with South African law regarding the protection of minors:

  • All Creators must submit valid ID before posting any content

  • All Users must confirm they are 18+ to access the platform

  • Any account suspected of being operated by a minor will be immediately suspended pending investigation

  • Content featuring individuals whose age cannot be verified will be removed

6. Reporting Violations

If you see Content or conduct that violates this AUP:

We review all reports within 48 hours. Urgent reports involving minors or illegal content are escalated immediately.

7. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

  • Remove the offending Content

  • Issue a formal warning

  • Temporarily suspend your account

  • Permanently terminate your account and withhold any outstanding earnings

  • Report the violation to South African law enforcement authorities

  • Preserve and provide evidence to law enforcement where legally required

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for content involving minors. Any such content will be immediately removed, reported to the South African Police Service (SAPS) and the Film and Publication Board (FPB), and the account permanently terminated.

8. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@amafans.co.za within 30 days of the action. Include your username, the content in question, and the reason for your appeal.

We will review all appeals within 14 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of AmaFans after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
