DMCA / COPYRIGHT POLICY

1. Introduction

AmaFans respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown requests under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act) and the Copyright Act 98 of 1978, as well as the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable to internationally hosted infringing copies.

2. Filing a Takedown Request

If you believe your copyrighted content, or content depicting you without consent, has been posted without authorisation, send a written notice to support@amafans.co including:

• Identification of the content and its location on the platform
• A description of your rights in the content, or your relationship to the person depicted
• Your contact details and a statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorised

3. Our Process

• Valid requests are actioned promptly, typically within 48 hours
• Repeat infringers, including Fans who redistribute paid content, are permanently banned
• Creators may file a counter-notice if they believe a takedown was made in error
